Buyers can look at new or obsolete/overstock products. Sellers can list new or obsolete/overstock products.

PRO 221 Business Process Outline:

Seller and PRO 221 Inc. become contractual partners in the management of the Seller’s obsolete inventory (OI).
Seller submits OI information through web portal template.
OI posted in web store.
Buyer purchases OI through web store and pays PRO 221 Inc.
Web store updated (inventory quantity reduced or item removed from store if there is no remaining inventory.)
Transaction information sent to Seller (i.e. item, qty, shipping method, etc.)
Seller ships inventory and sends acknowledgement to PRO 221.
PRO 221 Inc. pays seller.
