Product from our Signature Series web store has a limited warranty of twelve months on the product itself ONLY, from date of purchase assuming “normal” use of the product. All warranty claims must be sent in writing with proof of purchase (see contact page.)

PRO 221 works with the most cost effective logistics partners available to move product between buyers and sellers. Buyers are responsible to file any freight claims with the logistic partner used to deliver the products.
