Warranty and Return Policy

PRO 221 Inc. will accept returns on product within 15 days from the date product is delivered to the buyer. Product must be returned in original packaging and all original content included. Upon verification that this has occurred, PRO 221 Inc. will issue a refund, less a 25% re-stocking fee. The buyer is also responsible for the freight costs associated with returning the product.

Signature Series Webstore:

PRO 221 Inc. will accept returns on product within 30 days from date product is delivered to the buyer. Product must be returned in original packaging and all original content included. Upon verification that this has occurred, PRO 221 Inc. will issue a refund, less a 10% re-stocking fee. The buyer is also responsible for the freight costs associated with returning the product, unless product is deemed to have been defective before shipment to the buyer.

ALL PRODUCTS:

Please inspect product carefully upon receipt. Any freight damage must be noted on the shipping paperwork at time of delivery. Please notify us immediately of any problems. Freight damage becomes the responsibility of the buyer, if not noted at time of delivery.

Shipping Policy

Items ordered through PRO 221, Inc. are shipped via UPS or another carrier based on the type of shipment - "less than truckload” carrier or a "full truckload" carrier. PRO 221 has selected these carriers so they can provide the most cost effective method to transport goods from the selling location to the buyer location. The shipping contract is between the buyer and the selected carrier.

A street address is required for delivery. Goods will typically ship in 3 - 7 business days from approved order.

At this time, PRO 221 only ships goods within the continental United States. Special arrangements can be requested by the buyer.
